To Our Valued Menard Electric Cooperative Members,
Providing reliable electric service is our core mission. We do this with a concern for the safety and well-being of our members, employees and the communities we serve. Cooperative staff and I have
been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and recommendations from State leaders and public health officials.
In support of the need to continue essential electricity service to our members, Menard Electric Cooperative is hereby suspending disconnections for non-pay and waiving new late payment fees until further notice. We remain available to work with members on a case-by-case basis to establish payment arrangements which address specific needs. Please contact us if you wish to discuss your
concerns.
In order to keep our employees safe and healthy, so they may continue to keep the lights on for you and your families, it is essential that we follow recommendations of the CDC and public health
guidelines. As such, we are implementing operational restrictions which limit face to face interactions as much as possible. We ask that you do not come into our office, unless absolutely necessary.

o Sign In to the Payments menu of your MyMEC mobile app
o Navigate to www.menard.com to login to our secure online Payment portal
Drop-off your payment in the dropbox located outside the front of our headquarters at: 14300 State Highway 97, Petersburg
Mail your payment to us at: P.O. Box 200, Petersburg, IL 62675
