More than 280 members and their families attended the 87th Annual Meeting of Members held June 18, 2025 at Pleasant Plains High School, Pleasant Plains, IL. Each registered membership received a $20 bill credit and an insulated tote bag.
Johnnie O's Mini Donuts served up nearly 350 packs of delicious donuts & about 600 Pork Chop Dinners grilled by Mason County Pork Producers and served by their volunteers and school staff.
Kids enjoyed a lineman photo cutout, small gift, and a kids scooter raffle.
A Voices for Cooperative Power table included information and a Yeti Cooler raffle. Members were encouraged to visit the site to learn more about ways to engage with legislators setting energy policies and how those policies are affecting electric co-ops.
A prize drawing at end of meeting included bill credits, physical prizes and a Grand Prize $300 bill credit. Members did not have to be present at the drawing to win a bill credit and all winners have been notified.

Our General Manager gave an in-person report where she highlighted employee's commitment to safety with four years of no lost time accidents, spotlighted results of a recent member survey and reduction in outage times, and discussed power generation factors and solar energy.
