Member Survey

The Illinois Electric Cooperatives are conducting a member satisfaction survey. Random members throughout the state will be receiving the survey questionnaires. SDS Research is conducting the survey on behalf of the Association of Illinois Electric Cooperatives. As a Menard Electric Co-op member you may receive a survey. If you do, it's a legitimate request, so please take the time to complete it. We'll receive the information from our membership and that feedback will play an important role in improving service to our membership. Thank you!

If you do, a one-time lump sum payment is paid directly to us on your behalf. Payment is based upon the number of people in your household and their combined 30-day gross monthly income. Below is the county office information we have available.
